A cyanoacrylate OEM project is easier to control when the application, grade, packaging, artwork, quality records, and approval steps are written down before production. Define the product and application brief
The first brief should make the intended product measurable. Include:
- substrate families, joint gap, application tool, dose, and target handling time;
- viscosity range, color or appearance, package size, and closure or nozzle needs;
- monthly demand, shipping format, destination language, and label requirements;
- documents required for approval, such as product data, sample records, or batch information.
If the application is not yet fixed, compare a small set of candidates. S505 can represent low viscosity, S508 medium viscosity, and CA-S1500 a gel reference. The selected grade still depends on the customer’s test results.

Keep version numbers on artwork and specifications. A change in package, label, nozzle, or application can affect how the product is used, so the change should be reviewed rather than assumed to be interchangeable.
