The best format changes with viscosity. A free-flowing grade, gel, and high-viscosity product may need different tips, fill weights, and closure checks.
Build the specification before artwork
Define product grade, target fill weight, nozzle or applicator, closure, label language, warnings, lot marking, carton, and destination-market requirements. Confirm whether the customer needs a ready-to-sell product, a semi-finished pack, or bulk supply for local filling. S505, S508, and CA-S1500 show different product directions; the final pack must be matched to the approved grade.
Approve a filled golden sample
Check fill weight, dispensing force, cap fit, leakage, nozzle opening, label accuracy, and appearance after storage and transport simulation.
